GUARANTEE

DOG Copenhagen guarantees our products at time of purchase against material defects for two years.  If you experience a problem with our product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing, abuse or normal wear and tear.

If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from the DOG Copenhagen website, please provide the details of the issue, as well as a photo showing the defective issue. Send it to hello@dogcopenhagen.com.
