RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DOG Copenhagen accepts returns and exchanges of products that are in 'like new' condition within 14 days from the delivery date.
Accepted returns must be
New in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Please note that products tested outdoors are not eligible for return. We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before putting the product to use and heading out on adventures together.
Please be certain that the item was purchased from the www.dogcopenhagen.co.uk website. Products not purchased on the DOG Copenhagen website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered a return.
Note DOG Copenhagen does not cover any shipping or return cost.
